Programs
Each group trains on its own clock so the work matches the age in the room.
Ages 5–9
Young students build focus, discipline, and simple anti-bullying responses they can use at school and at home.
Ages 10–16
Older students practice awareness and straightforward defenses for the pressure they actually face with peers and in public.
18+
Adult classes teach instinctive movement against common street threats so the skill is usable when stress is high.
Women
Sessions center on reading a situation early and using simple escape skills in a room that stays respectful.
New students
Nervous is normal. Most people here started the same way.
We do not drop a new student into advanced drills, and nobody spars on visit one.
Instructors walk the material in order so you can keep up, ask questions, and leave knowing what to practice next.
The goal is usable skill and steadier confidence—not a performance or a belt chase on day one.
